I started working with Mitra Shipping a few months ago. Trade and Shipping and customs can get very complex, and very time sensitive. Mitra was always responsive and on point. I knew that she would deliver as promised and i did not have to go back and forth with her over a topic. There was a time that she went out of her way to fix an issue that wasn’t even hers to deal with! She was very proactive and could think out of the box and saved me alot of money. She updated me almost everyday about my container and it was refreshing to know somebody was looking after my business. She really showed that she cared.
